Poly Rust Remover

Features:

• Poly Rust Remover is phosphoric and has mixed inorganic acids based de-rusting composition.
• It is duly inhibited for low metal attack to remove rust and oxide layer from the iron surfaces.
• This process is used by immersion only.

Applications:

• Poly Rust Remover solution tank can be contained in FRP/ rubber lined steel tank.
• Stainless steel is usually satisfactory but pit corrosion may occur near the wealds.
• Exhaust blowers/ventilation is recommended since there is an evolution of hydrogen gas causing an acid spray.
• It is a ready to use product in tank suitable lined.
• The components are treated in the bath solution at temperature from RT for 10-15 minutes, time depending upon the oxide and rust layer to be removed from the metal surface.

• The concentration of the chemical of Poly Rust Remover bath is controlled by a simple volumetric Titration of the bath solution for acid strength and Iron content.
• As we are processing steel, the dissolve iron presence in the bath increase day by day. When the iron built up increase to 4 % the effectiveness of rust and scale decreases, it should be maintained for economy and efficient cleaning.
